This policy explains how KIKAI handles information when you visit kikaionchain.com, share a meme, connect a social account, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact information and message content you choose to submit, including attachment links.
- Privacy-preserving site analytics including pages viewed, navigation and outbound-link interactions, meme impressions, meme opens, meme copies, music controls, contact-form starts and submissions, referral or campaign parameters, and approximate device information.
- Anonymous meme view and copy events used to understand which work is being viewed and shared. Form contents, email addresses, and message text are not sent to analytics.
- When an authorized KIKAI account connects a social platform, the platform account identifier, access and refresh credentials, and aggregate follower count needed to maintain the public progress tracker.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to inquiries, display verified aggregate social counts, measure meme sharing, troubleshoot problems, and improve KIKAI’s work and presentation. We do not sell personal information.
Social-platform connections
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube connections are authorized through their official services. Credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed to site visitors. Social data is limited to the account information and follower statistics necessary for the tracker. Each platform also processes information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting and storage, Resend for contact email delivery, Google Analytics for privacy-preserving site analytics, and Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube for authorized social data. Analytics storage is denied by default. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad-personalization signals are disabled. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. We use access controls and encrypted environment storage for credentials, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to us, and revoke a social-platform connection through that platform’s account settings. Some records may be retained when required for security or legal compliance.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
